Tai Chi Technique - Instructor: DarThulu
DarThulu's first class on an intro to Tai Chi techniques!
Class will consist of some walking meditations as well an in intro to sword form.
Intro to Ba Gua Zhang: Relatively new Chinese martial art from the 1800s known for circling exercises adapted from Taoist circle walking meditations. Circling is done with stepping that keeps you rooted (attached to the earth) which makes it harder for people to knock you down
1 Hour lesson with open choreo after.

Whoot! I'm very excited about this one! Does anyone happen to know what version of taiqi we'll be covering? There are different types, some longer than others. It will be very interesting to learn how to incorporate taiqi into our saber styles. See you all tonight!
